摘要
本文以中国知网的期刊全文数据库收录的2000-2009年间科技查新基金论文为统计源,对基金论文的期刊分布、年代分布、作者分布、主题分布、空间分布、基金级别等方面进行多角度分析,揭示我国科技查新工作存在的问题,提出具体的解决办法。
Taking the fund papers of published in CJFD during 2000 and 2009 as the source information,this paper made an analysis from distinctive aspects on the periodicals distribution,time distribution,author distribution,subjects distribution,space distribution,fund level and etc..to reveal the present probloms of sci-technology novelty search,and to probe into the solutions.
