详细地介绍了用高耐压大电流ＭＯＳＦＥＴ驱动电光晶体构成单脉冲选择器的优点，阐述了适用于实现快速光开关的电光晶体的特性以及制作ＭＯＳＦＥＴ驱动电路中的难点和相应的解决办法。实验显示该选择器可达到５ｎｓ的光开关速度。
The advantage of the single pulse selectors which is driven by high voltage and large current power MOSFETs is introduced. The characteristic phenomena are discovered when the electrooptic crystal is used as a fast electo-optic switch and the problems and resolvents of making the drivers by MOSFETsare described. The experiments performed by our MOSFET drivers display that the time of leading and trailing edges of the optical switch are 5ns.
