摘要
目的:回顾性分析手术治疗老年腰椎疾病临床疗效。方法:对48例老年腰椎疾病患者实施了手术治疗,采用了全椎板减压、半椎板减压、开窗、椎间盘髓核摘除术,对腰椎不稳者结合内固定及一期植骨融合术。结果:本组48例患者术后随访超过8个月,优良率89.58%。平均卧床时间21 d。结论:手术治疗老年腰椎疾病临床疗效显著。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of low back pain in elderly.Method Total 48 elderly patients of low back pain were treated with surgery,with a full laminectomy,semilaminectomy,fenestration.discectomy,and lumbar instability was a combination of internal fixation and bone graft.Results For 48 patients were followed up for more than 8 months,the excellent rate was 89.58%,and the mean time in bed was 21 days.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of low back pain is significant in elderly.
