中心静脉导管闭式引流在中至大量胸腔积液治疗中的应用

Application of central vein catheter closed drainage in the treatment of moderate to massive pleural effusion

目的:评价中心静脉导管用于中量至大量胸腔积液闭式引流的可靠性和临床效果。方法:对85例中等量以及大量胸腔积液患者采用中心静脉导管留置行闭式引流,观察使用中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液患者的引流胸水量、胸水消失天数、胸水完全吸收率及不良反应,与对照组50例使用传统方法胸腔穿刺抽液引流胸腔积液的患者进行对比研究。结果:中心静脉导管引流方法疗效可靠,不良反应轻微且发生率低,较传统穿刺方法安全有效,两组各指标间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中心静脉导管用于中量至大量胸腔积液闭式引流安全有效,简便实用,不良反应少,有推广价值。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect and clinical significance of central vein catheter closed drainage in the treatment of moderate to massive pleural effusion.Method As for 85 patients who suffered from moderate to massive pleural effussion,we applied central vein catheter to get close drainage for treatment and observe quantity,disappear time,absorption ratio,side reactions of the pleural effusion were contrasted with the control group,which include 50 patients who suffered from moderate to massive pleural effussion with traditional method to drain pleural effusion.Results The method by means of central vein catheter to get close drainage for treatment to drain pleural effusion was reliable,contrasted with the control group,its side reactions was slight and had lower incidence rate,the indexes between the two groups had significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Applying central vein cathete to close drainage for treatment of moderate to massive pleural effusion is safe and effective,simple and convenient,has fewer side reactions,is worth promoting.
