DCF方案化疗对中晚期食管癌患者生活质量影响的研究

The study of effect of DFT regimen chemotherapy on quality of life in patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma

目的:观察DCF方案化疗治疗中晚期食管癌对患者生活质量的影响。方法:运用EORTC QLQ-C30量表和食管癌专用量表QLQ-OES18访问53例中晚期食管癌患者DCF方案化疗前后生活质量的变化,各项指标经单因素方差分析处理。结果:躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体生活质量及各项症状评分化疗2周期后下降,化疗4周期后基本相当于化疗前,而化疗6周期后较化疗前明显升高,经济影响评分在化疗过程中逐渐提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知功能基本不变(P>0.05)。结论:DCF方案化疗能够改善中晚期食管癌患者生活质量,化疗4周期基本不加重患者症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of DCF regimen chemotherapy on quality of life（QOL） in patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma.Method The EROTC quality of life questionnaire QOL-C 30 and QLQ-OES18 were used with advanced esophageal carcinoma to measure changes in QOL before and after the chemotherapy in 53 patients.Each index were processed by single factor analysis of variance.Results The main scores such as PF,RF EF,SF,the globe QOL and various symptom scores decreased after the second chemotherapy,mainly recovered after the forth and obviously increased after the sixth score of FI raised gradually in chemotherapy process.The significant difference was shown in statistics（P0.05）;Significant statistical difference was not shown in score of CF（P0.05）.Conclusion DCF regimen chemotherapy improves QOL in patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma and symptoms are not aggravated after 4 circle treatment.
