无痛人工流产术的临床分析

Clinical analysis of painless induced abortion

目的:分析人工流产术(简称人流术)记录情况,证明无痛人工流产术可以降低人流综合征的发生。方法:回顾分析收治的6 277例人流术的资料,分为传统人流术组(575例)和无痛人流术组(5 702例),分析两组发生人工流产综合征的数据。结果:3年间随着无痛人工流产术的推广应用,人工流产综合征的发生率呈下降趋势。结论:无痛人工流产术可以降低人流综合征的发生,显著提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the record situation of induced abortion,and demonstrate that painless induced abortion can lower the incidence of induced abortion syndrome.Method The data of 6 277 cases underwent induced abortion were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the traditional induced abortion group（n=575） and the painless induced abortion group（n=5 702）,the data of induced abortion syndrome in the two groups were compared.Results With the spreading of painless induced abortion,the incidence of induced abortion syndrome showed a decline trend.Conclusion Painless induced abortion can lower the incidence of induced abortion syndrome,elevate the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
