摘要
报道了(Cr4+ , Yb3+ )vYAG晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱特性。在室温下, (Cr4+ , Yb3+ )vYAG晶体在937 nm 和968 nm 处存在两个吸收带, 能与InGaAs激光二极管有效耦合; 而且在1030 nm 处有一Cr4+ 吸收峰, 可以实现对Yb3+ 的自调Q激光输出。(Cr4+ , Yb3+ )vYAG晶体的荧光光谱与Yb3+ vYAG晶体一样, 发光中心也是位于1029 nm , 但其强度比Yb3+ vYAG 晶体的要低。(Cr4+ , Yb3+ )vYAG晶体和Yb3+ vYAG晶体的荧光寿命分别为0.3 m s 和1.4 m s。因此双掺Cr4+ 和Yb3+ 的YAG晶体将有可能成为一种自调Q激光晶体, 从而实现固体激光器的小型化,
The spectral and luminescence properties of (Cr 4+ , Yb 3+ )∶YAG crystal, and the absorption spectra of Cr 4+ ∶YAG crystal and Yb 3+ ∶YAG crystal are reported. In the absorption spectra of (Cr 4+ , Yb 3+ )∶YAG crystal, there are two absorption bands at 937 nm and 968 nm respectively, which are suitable for InGaAs diode laser pumping; and there is a absorption band of Cr 4+ at 1030 nm, which is suitable for passive Q switched laser output at 1030 nm. This (Cr 4+ , Yb 3+ ) codoped YAG crystal may be a promising material for compact, efficient and high stable diode laser pumped solid state passive Q switched laser.
