摘要
本文用可编程调谐光纤光栅环行腔激光器作扫描光源,采用波长扫描极值传感解调法对光纤光栅应变及温度进行了测量. 应变测量范围为±2440με,灵敏度为0.016step/με;温度测量范围达608℃,灵敏度为0.13step/℃.
Programmable controlled tunable FBG based ring fiber laser is used as the scanning light source,it is used the scheme of demodulation employing wavelength maximum scanning to detect changes of strain and temperature of FBG on this paper.The range of strain measurement is ±2440με.The sensitivity of strain measurement is 0.016step/με and the strain resolution is 61με due to the tuning sensitivity of the laser,The range of temperature measurement is 608℃.The sensitivity of temperature measurement is 0.13step/℃ and the temperature resolution is 7.6℃
