神经科长期卧床患者排便异常的护理

Nursing care of defecation abnormalities in neurological long-time bedridden patients

目的:探讨神经科长期卧床患者排便异常的护理方法及效果。方法:将神经科长期卧床且排便异常的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用腹部按摩、穴位推拿及排便训练等护理,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者中显效18例,有效30例,无效2例,总有效率为96.0%(48/50),显著高于对照组72.0%(36/50),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部按摩、推拿可调节气血,鼓舞脾胃正气,有利于长期卧床患者排便异常的恢复。

Objective To discuss the nursing methods and effect of defecation abnormalities in neurological long-time bedridden patients.Method The neurological long-time bedridden patients with abnormal defecation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group with usual care,the observation group with abdominal massage,point massage,and bowel care training on the basis of the usual care.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,markedly effective in 18 cases,effective in 30 cases,invalid in 2 cases,and the total effective rate was 96.0%（48/50）,which was significantly higher than the control group 72.0%（36/50）（P0.05）.Conclusion Abdominal massage,manipulation can adjuste QI-blood,encourage healthy trends in the spleen and stomach,is benefit for the recovery of abnormal defecation in long-term bedridden patients.
