摘要
本文提出了用时分复用方法实现双光路并行信号的模数转换方案,讨论了保证精度和并行性的条件,如A/D转换器精度、信号的频率和孔径误差等,给出了相应的计算公式,在此基础上,介绍了一种高速双光路并行数据采集系统的设计及其应用. 在此系统中,用PLD设计的状态机是实时读取数据的关键部分.
In the optic measurement,it is the double opto circuits that used to avoid the infection,which include the fluctuation of lamp,pollution of fog or oil,the sensitivity of detector or other parameters to result of measuring and to revise one.For the double opto circuits,its signal must be the one of synchronic signal and its electronic circuits must be consistent.So it is parallel process that in course of A/D conversion.In this paper,the design proposal of A/D convert for double opto circuits with time sharing method and the formula that ensure its parallel and precision character is presented.The precision of A/D converter,frequency of signal and aperture error must be considered to ensure the parallel and precision of the data acquisition system.Then the design of an acuisition system is introduced,in this system,the states machine achieved by Programmable Logic Device (PLD) is a key components to read the data at real time.At last,the paper present the application of this data acquisition system for double opto circuits,it is indicated that this data acquisition system have excellent function,which can ensure the revise precision of double opto circuits,and can be extended easily.
