摘要
目的:对某医院初产妇进行母乳喂养强化健康教育,评价其效果。方法:将该医院入选的619名初产妇按照收治片区分为强化组和一般组,对强化组采用分阶段强化健康教育,对一般组采用传统护理宣教模式,采用问卷调查及现场观察分别对两组初产妇进行调查。结果:强化组在母乳喂养相关知识掌握情况、喂养方式和喂养技巧等方面均优于一般组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:分阶段强化健康教育,可以大大改善目标人群对母乳喂养的认知和行为,其效果优于传统的医院护理宣教模式。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of strengthening education to improve primipara＇s breastfeeding in a hospital.Methods：619 cases of primipara observed were divided into strengthen group and general group according to medical area.stages strengthen education was conducted on strengthen group and traditional nursing mission mode was conducted on general group,questionnaire and on-the-spot observation on two groups were investigated.Results：In strengthen group the breastfeeding knowledge,keeping abreast of the situation,feeding methods and feeding skills were better than general group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Stages strengthen education can greatly improve cognitive and behavioral of breastfeeding for target population,its effect is better than that of traditional hospital nursing mission mode.
