摘要
利用WDW-10微机控制电子式万能拉伸试验机和D/max2500PC全自动X射线衍射仪研究TiNi-Cr形状记忆合金的超弹性。结果表明,试样的超弹性受热处理影响显著,不同温度下热处理的样品呈现出不同的弹性曲线。随着加热温度和保温时间的增加,样品弹性先增强后减弱。TiNiCr合金在430℃的退火温度下,保温10~20min可以呈现出良好的完全非线性超弹性。经过热处理的试样会析出强化相Cr3Ni2,析出在430℃保温20min时达到极值,之后随着温度的增加和保温时间的增长都会降低。在该热处理工艺下产生的样品超弹性达到极值。
The super-elastic performance of TiNiCr shape memory alloy are investigated by using WDW-10 Electronic Universal testing machines and XRD test.The results show that the super-elastic performance of the sample is remarkably influenced by the heat-treatment technology,and the elastic curves of the heat-treated samples vary to different temperatures.With the increase of heat-treatment temperature and retention time,the elastic property is firstly increased and then decreased.The completely super-elastic performance of the TiNiCr alloy can be achieved by heat-treatment at 430℃ for 10~20min.The strengthening phase Cr3Ni2 is formed in the heat-treatment process,the quantity is the maximum at 430℃ for 10~20min,then is reduced with the increase of the heat-treatment temperature and retention time.The best super-elastic performance is achieved in this case.
