The Restricting Factors and Its Corresponding Measures of the Land Scaled Management

农地规模经营系统是一个复杂的社会经济系统,系统中存在一些制约农地经营规模扩大及经营效益提升的负反馈结构,只有消除负反馈结构的制约作用,才能更好地促进农地经营规模扩大、经营效益提升与农村经济的发展。利用系统动力学反馈动态复杂性分析理论与技术,建立了有效刻画农地规模经营复杂系统的结构模型,根据系统科学的系统结构决定行为的基本原理,利用基模分析技术分析了系统结构中的反馈关系,进行管理对策的生成研究,实现了以系统科学方法有效分析农地规模经营问题的目的。

The farmland scaled management system is a complex social economic system,within which there exist some negative feedback structures restricting the expanding scale of the land operation and the improvement of the management benefit.Only elimination of the restrictive function of the negative feedback structure could the expanding of of the land management scale,the improvement of the management benefit and the development of the rural economy be better promoted.Using the systematic dynamics feedback dynamic complexity analytical theory and technique,a structural model characterizing effectively the complex system of the land scaled management was established,the behavior of the system science decided according to the basic principle of the system structure,the feedback relationships in the system structure was analyzed using the fundamental mode analysis technique,and the generating study on the management carried out in the paper.The aim of effective analysis to the land scaled management with the methods of systematic science was realized.
