摘要
采用熔渗法研究了烧结压力、烧结温度以及烧结时间对金属添加剂金刚石烧结体性能的影响;在1400℃、5.8GPa、12min的烧结条件下,烧结出磨耗比为285×103、金刚石颗粒未出现异常长大的金刚石烧结体;分析了烧结方法对烧结效果的影响。
The effects of the pressure,temperature and time on the properties of sintered diamond compacts are investigated in infiltrating way in this work;sintered diamond compacts of metal additive with the wear resistance ratio of 285×10 3 and without abnormal diamond grain growth are obtained at 1400℃, 5.8 GPa for 12min.The effects of sintering ways on sintered result are discussed.
