城市碳排放量测算方法研究——以北京市为例

Study on Measurement Methods of City Carbon Emissions——Beijing as a Case

自2008年初,我国住房和城乡建设部与世界自然基金会(WWF)在中国大陆以上海和保定两市为试点联合推出"低碳城市"以后,"低碳城市"迅速引起大家关注,成为中国大陆城市自"花园城市"、"人文城市"、"魅力城市"、"最具竞争力城市"之后的最热目标。目前全国已有100多个城市提出创建"低碳城市"。准确计算城市碳排放的现状是创建低碳城市的起点。本文系统分析了城市碳排放的计算方法,并以计算北京市的碳排放作为案例进行分析。

Since early 2008,after the two cities of Shanghai and Baoding as pilots of ＂low-carbon city＂ in China launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban and the World Wildlife Fund（WWF）,the concept of ＂low-carbon city＂ quickly caught attention and turned into the hottest development target following the ＂Garden City＂,＂Humanities city＂,＂Charm City,＂ ＂the most competitive city＂.Currently,more than 100 cities proposed to create low-carbon cities in China.Accurate calculation of the city＇s carbon emissions should be the starting point.This paper systematically analyses the method of city carbon emissions calculation,taking Beijing city as a case study.
