欠发达地区发展失衡的对策研究

Studies on Counter Plans against Imbalanced Development in Less Developed Regions

阐述了欠发达地区发展失衡的原因,提出了治理欠发达地区发展失衡必须处理好的5个关系,即经济增长与社会发展的关系,经济建设与环境条件保护的关系,发展速度与经济效益的关系,招商融资与招才引智的关系,经济、政治、文化社会、生态建设间的关系。并且要转变治理模式、发展理念、发展模式、经济发展方式,解决好农民持续增收问题,增强区域内和谐社会建设。

Since the reform and opening up in China,economic construction has made remarkableachievements,and meanwhile the imbalanced development in less developed areas has become an important social issue.Improvement of imbalanced development in less developed areas has important practical significance.The reasons of imbalanced development were analyzed.The corresponding counter plans were to properly handle five relationships,to change governance model,development concepts,development model and economic development,to solve the problem of farmers＇ income to continuously increase,and to enhance building of harmonious society within a region.
