摘要
应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,以爆裂玉米杂交组合吉爆902(吉812×吉704)的P1、F1、P2、B1∶2、B2∶2和F2∶36个家系世代群体为材料,对爆裂玉米蛋白质含量进行多世代联合分析,结果表明,爆裂玉米蛋白质含量受1对完全显性主基因+加性-显性多基因控制遗传。主基因存在显性效应,显性效应为负值(h=-2.380 4)。该组合的蛋白质含量存在负向杂种优势,多基因显性效应为正,多基因显性效应使F1代的蛋白质含量增加。该杂交组合的B1∶2、F2∶3群体的蛋白质含量主基因遗传力为50.16%5、2.80%,表现出较高的遗传力,可早期对蛋白质含量进行选择。
The major gene and polygene mixed genetic model of plants quantitative traits was applied for multi-generational joint analysis of popcorn protein content,with 6 pedigrees of the hybrid Jibao 902(Ji 812 × Ji 704),P1,F1,P2,B1∶2,B2∶2 and F2∶3 as materials.The results showed that the inheritance of popcorn protein content was controlled by a pair of dominant major gene plus additive-dominant multiple gene.The major gene had dominant effect,which was negative(h=-2.380 4).Negative heterosis existed for the protein content.The multi-gene dominant effect was positive,which could increase the protein content of F1 generation.The groups of B1∶2 and F2∶3 pedigrees showed a relatively high major gene heritability of protein content,which was 50.16% and 52.80%,respectively,so that an early selection on the protein content could be made.
