水杨酸对切花菊保鲜效果和生理效应的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以切花菊品种夏黄为试材,研究了水杨酸对切花菊保鲜效果和生理效应的影响。结果表明:处理B(20 g/L蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+200 mg/L柠檬酸+55 mg/L水杨酸)保鲜效果最好,切花菊瓶插10 d左右达到最大花径,与初始花径相比增大5.234 cm,花枝鲜质量最大增加29.11%,瓶插寿命比对照(蒸馏水)和处理A(20 g/L蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+200 mg/L柠檬酸)分别增加了14.5 d和9 d。处理B与对照相比,可溶性蛋白含量提高2.327~5.831 mg/g,叶片中叶绿素含量提高0.278~0.978 mg/g,游离脯氨酸含量降低4.333~17.715μg/g,能有效缓解切花在瓶插期间的水分胁迫。 Cut chrysanthemum cultivar Xiahuang were used in this experiment,the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the vase life and physiological action of cut chrysanthemum were investigated.The results indicated that treatment B(20 g/L sucrose+200 mg/L 8-Hydroxyquinoline+200mg/L citric acid+55 mg/L SA) was the best in retaining freshness,corolla diameter of cut chrysanthemum went up gradually and reached the maximum about the 10th day,and corolla diameter increased by 5.234 cm comparing with initial diameter,the maximum fresh weight of flower stems increased by 29.11%,and the vase life could be prolonged 14.5 d and 9.0 d respectively than the contrast(water) and treatment A(20 g/L sucrose+200 mg/L+8-Hydroxyquinoline+200 mg/L citric acid).Comparing with the contrast,treatment B could mitigate water stress,the content of soluble protein increased by 2.327-5.831 mg/g,the content of chlorophyll in the leaf increased by 0.278-0.978 mg/g,and the free proline accumulation in the ray floret was reduced by 4.333-17.715 μg/g.
