摘要
氢化物-原子吸收光谱法是测定砷、锑、铋等元素的一种快速、灵敏、准确的方法,国内外已有不少报导。但是对共存元素的干扰研究较少,难于直接用于组成复杂的地质样品分析。为了适应大批地球化学样品中砷、锑、铋的分析,本文较详细地研究了用氢化物-原子吸收光谱法在同一份溶液中连续测定砷、锑、铋的仪器工作条件、氢化物发生条件及共存元素的干扰。选出了对砷、锑、铋均为有效的还原抑制剂。
A rapid, simple and sensitive method for the determination of As, Sb and Bi in geochemical samples by hydride generation-AAS with an electrically heated quaritz tube has been stduied in this paper.
The optimum conditions and the interference from 46 foreign ions were discussed potassium iodide, ascorbic acid, thiourea and phenanthroline were chosen as the interference supprressing agents. The characteristic concentration(ng/ml per 1%) and relative standard deviation of As, Sb, Bi are 0.083 and 3.77% (for 18 ppm As), 0.090 and 2.94% (for 2ppm Sb), 0.088 and 7.22%(for 0.8ppm Bi), respe ctively.
