摘要
通过对技术、经济、环保、工期诸因素的综合评价,论证旧混凝土路面实施碎石化的必要性和可行性;取路段实测的全部弯沉值为样本,计算旧混凝土路面碎石化后的弯沉代表值,参照贝克曼梁测定路基路面回弹模量试验方法计算综合回弹模量,以优化路面结构设计;用观测侧面裂缝的走向与大小,判定不同层位碎块的粒径大小,以替代破坏性较大的挖坑检验方法;通过调整多锤头破碎机的工作参数,取得理想的碎块粒径,在消除旧混凝土面板刚性的同时,充分利用了原位碎石化碎块间的嵌挤力,使再生路面结构达到柔性、高强的目的。
Through comprehensive evaluation of various factors such as technology,economy,environment and schedule,the necessity and feasibility of crushing the old concrete pavement were demonstrated.Taken all measured deflection value as the sample,deflection representative value of the old concrete pavement was calculated; based on the method which measured pavement modulus by Beckman Beam,integrated modulus was calculated to optimize the design of pavement structure.Replacing digging testing methods,the particle size of fragments from different layers was determined by observing the direction and size of cracks.Through adjusting the parameters of hammer crusher,pieces with desired size were achieved,which could not only eliminate rigid of old concrete pavement,but also use locking force between fragments stone fully,so that the recycling road structure will has flexibility and strength.
