摘要
以自动变速器供油调压系统中由定值输出减压阀组成的减压回路为研究对象,建立其由初始状态至建立起稳定压力全过程的数学模型,并利用Matlab/Smulink软件进行仿真,分析减压阀阻尼孔、敏感腔容积、二次回路腔室容积以及阀芯所受库仑摩擦力等因素对二次压力稳定性的影响,为自动变速器供油调压系统中减压回路的参数优化设计打下基础。
Taking the relief circuit which consisting of relief valve in oil supply and pressure regulating system of a automatic transmission as researching object,the mathematical model was established that described the process from initial state to steady pressure and simulated with Matlab/Simulink software.The influences of the fixed orifice,the sensing chamber,down stream chamber,and the coulomb friction on the down stream pressure stability were analyzed.It provides a foundation for the parameter optimization of the relief circuit in the oil supply and pressure regulating system of the automatic transmission.
