挖掘机泵口闭端支管的消振特性分析

摘要 以国内某厂家中型液压挖掘机主泵至主阀的基本管路系统为研究对象,按照适合管路分布式参数计算的传递矩阵法建立系统的数学模型,对模型中的贝塞尔函数做四阶近似处理,借助MATLAB编制数值计算程序进行求解,获得管路系统动态特性曲线和主泵口压力频域特性曲线。仿真与实测结果的对比表明,闭端支管对挖掘机主泵口处的脉动压力峰有明显的消弱作用。 The research was on piping system from the main pump to the main valve of the hydraulic excavator produced by some domestic manufacturer.The mathematical model was established by transfer-matrix method for distributed parameters.The numerical calculation was doing by Matlab program to get the curves of the dynamic characteristics of pipeline system and the frequency-domain characteristics of the main pump pressure,in which Bessel function was approximated to the fourth-order.The comparison between simulation and experimental results shows that branch damper is useful to weaken the pressure peak at the outlet of the pump.
