羧基化丁基橡胶的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 先使用氢化钠(NaH)处理丁基橡胶,再加入顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)与肉桂醛(CAL),制备了一种快速硫化型改性丁基橡胶材料,即羧基化丁基橡胶(HD IIR);采用FTIR表征了HD IIR的结构,并与IIR,B IIR的力学性能进行了对比。结果表明,采用该工艺成功地在丁基橡胶分子链上引入了含有双键的极性侧基;HD IIR的硫化性能与B IIR相当,具有良好的热稳定性,其拉伸强度略低于IIR,撕裂强度高于IIR,保持了IIR优良的耐老化性能。 A modified IIR(HDIIR) was successfully prepared by using the reactive processing technology,i.e.first treating IIR with NaH and then adding MAH and CAL in it.The structure of HDIIR was characterized by FTIR,and the mechanical properties of carbon black filled compound of HDIIR were also compared with those of IIR and BIIR.The results showed that the polar side-groups containing double bonds were successfully cross-linked to the molecular chains of IIR by using the technology.The curing characteristics of HDIIR was equal to those of BIIR,and had good heat stability.The tensile strength of HDIIR was lower than that of IIR,while the tear strength was higher than that of IIR,and maintained the good age resistance of IIR.
