摘要
目的调查新疆医科大学三所附属医院骨科护士主要的工作压力源及应对方式,为帮助护理人员减轻或消除工作压力提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对184名骨科护士的工作压力源进行调查,采用SPSS16.0软件包进行统计分析。结果本组护士的主要工作压力源依次为病人护理方面、护理专业及工作方面、管理及人际关系、工作量及时间分配方面、工作环境及资源;在护理专业及工作方面、病人护理方面,不同学历层次护理人员在其压力程度上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同护龄护理人员在工作量及时间分配方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同科室护理人员在工作量及时间分配方面,工作环境及资源方面,管理与人际关系方面的差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆医科大学三所附属医院骨科护士工作压力源来自多方面,建议从管理及个人角度减少骨科护士工作压力源,建立积极的应对措施,以提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the major work stress source and coping styles of orthopedics nurses in three affiliated hospitals of the Xinjiang Medical University,in order to provide the basis for help nursing staff relieve or eliminate work pressure.Methods Using the questionnaire to investigate 184 orthopedics nurses' work stress source.Using Excel2003 software and SPSS16.0 packages to statistically analyze.Results The nurse′s main work stress source are patient care,nursing professional and work,management and interpersonal relationships,the workload and time distribution,working environment and resources in turn.The pressure in different nursing professional and working nurses have statistically significant(P0.05).Workload and time distribution in different nursing-time nurses have statistically significant(P0.05).Workload and time distribution,environment and resources,management and interpersonal relationships in different department nurses have statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Orthopedics nurses in three affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university work stress source come from various aspects,should reduce orthopedics nurse work stress source from management and personal aspect,build positive measures to improve nursing service quality.
