摘要
采用电化学技术对阿维菌素废水进行预处理,预处理后废水进行生化处理,控制电解时间为30 min,絮凝后高温厌氧48 h,厌氧出水后进行生物碳处理,废水COD和AVM去除率分别达到95.6%和86.3%,出水COD为200~230 mg/L,出水达到生物制药行业的排放标准。
Avermectin wastewater was pretreated by electrochemical technique,then pretreated wastewater was treated by biological method under the conditions of electrolysis time 30 min,thermophilic anaerobic treatment after flocculation 48 h,anaerobic effluent was finally treated by biomedical carbon.Removal rates of COD and AVM reached 95.6% and 86.3%,the effluent COD was 200~230 mg / L,the effluent can meet emission standards for the biopharmaceutical industry.
