摘要
钻柱是钻井的最基本的工具,钻柱的安全性和可靠性对钻井工程尤为重要,钻柱的损坏严重影响了钻井的正常进行。因此有必要对钻柱进行可靠性分析,得出最优的钻具组合,以节约成本。本文根据有限元法得到钻柱的力学模型,并应用NEWMARK法对力学模型进行求解。通过对刚性满眼钻具组合进行动力学仿真,得到了钻柱在井下工作时表面的受力,并得到了钻柱上各点的位移,对预防钻柱疲劳失效具有一定的指导意义。
Drill drilling is the most basic tool during drilling wells,safety and reliability of the drill string are very important for drilling projects,damage of the drill string can seriously affect normal drilling.So it is necessary to analyze reliability of the drill string to gain optimal combination of drilling tools.In this paper,based on the finite element method,mechanical model of the drill string was gained,and the model was solved by NEWMARK method.Through dynamic simulation of rigid packed hole assembly,force performance on surface of the drill string working in the underground was gained as well as displacement of the points on the drill string,which can provide certain significance to prevent fatigue failure.
