变频器在经编机上的应用

Application of frequency transformer on the warp knitting machine

介绍采用三菱变频器对MRGSF31/16经编机和MRGJSF36/1/18经编机的电机调速方式进行改造的过程。详述其改造方法、调试运行及变频器主要参数设置。结果表明:改造后的经编机具有节约能源,提高织物产品质量,减少维修费用和投资少、见效快的优点。

This paper introduces the modifying process of motor speed adjustment of both MRGSF31/16 and MRGJSF36/1/18 warp knitting machines by using the Mitsubishi frequency converter,and mainly introduces the modifying methods,debugging and setting of main parameters.The results show that the modified warp knitting machines can save energy,improve product quality and reduce maintenance cost,which need small investment but with fast profit return.
