摘要
为了实现对物体表面颜色的精确测量,介绍了一种基于分光光度法的颜色检测仪器的电路设计。该系统以LPC2478芯片为核心,首先控制脉冲氙灯曝光,实现对被测物体的照明,然后利用S4114-46Q光电二极管阵列对由光学系统分光产生的物体光谱信号进行分时采集,最后通过A/D转换和数据处理得到物体颜色信息,并将检测结果通过LCD显示输出。结果表明,系统功率低于5 W,单次测量时间为2 s,两次测量间隔为3 s;该设计具有测量时间短、体积小、功耗低等优点,适合应用于印染、纺织等需要现场测量的领域。
In order to survey the color of the object surface accurately,this paper designed a circuit for color measuring instrument based on the method of spectrophotometry.The system was based on LPC2478 microcontroller,the tested object was illuminated by controlling the exposure of pulse xenon lamp.Then using the self scanned photodiode array,the time-sharing spectrum signal produced by the optical system was collected,finally the color information of the tested object was attained by using the A/D converter and data processing method,then was output by the LCD displayer.The results indicate that the power of the system is less than 5 W,single measurement time is 2 s,and the intervals between two tests is 3 s.With the merits of the short measuring time,small size,low power consumption and so on,this system can be applied to printing,dyeing and textile which need on-site measurements.
