摘要
针对当前航空发动机试验测试系统存在的问题,介绍了一种基于NI CompactRIO的航空发动机便携式测试系统,详细阐述了该系统的结构设计及软、硬件实现方法。针对测试信号所含噪声以均匀白噪声和高斯白噪声为主,通过测试对比小波去噪与小波包去噪,最终选用小波包去噪并将此算法添加到上位机程序中,通过现场测试,取得了良好效果。
Aimed at the problems of present aero engine test system,this paper introduced a set of portable test system based on the NI CompactRIO technology,and it expatiated the design of system structure and showed the way to achieve system＇s hardware and software.Aimed at the noise containing both white uniform noise and white Gaussian noise,wavelet packet denoising method was chosen after comparing the result of wavelet denoising and wavelet packet denoising,then the algorithm was added to the host computer program.During the field test,the result presents good effectiveness.
