摘要
文中针对开口式铅酸蓄电池研究了超声波电解液密度测量方法。根据超声波在不同液体中传播速度不同的原理,设计和制作了适合于稀硫酸电解液的超声波换能器,并针对超声波在液体中传播速度快、信号分辨困难问题,开发了以C8051F120单片机作为快速信号处理系统的电解液密度测量系统,实现了开口铅酸蓄电池电解液密度的在线测量。在充分考虑温度对超声波液体密度测量结果影响的基础上,进行多次试验验证,表明系统测量精度可达到0.001g/cm3,满足了工业现场的要求。
This paper presented an opening lead-acid battery electrolyte density ultrasonic measurement method.According to the principle of ultrasound propagation in various liquids at different speeds,the ultrasonic transducer,suitable for sulfuric acid electrolyte,was designed and made.Considering the fast transmission speed of the ultrasound in the liquid and the signal resolution difficulties,an electrolyte density measurement system was developed,to realize the electrolyte density on-line measurement of the opening lead-acid battery,with C8051F120 MCU as a quick signal processing system.In full consideration the effects of temperature on the ultrasonic liquid density measurement and testing several times,it proves that the accuracy of this system can reach 0.001 g/cm3,and meet the requirements of the industrial scene.
