摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐、对硝基苯胺、甲醛、苯酚为原料,采用多步反应经中间产物N-(4-硝基苯基)马来酰亚胺(NPMI)、N-(4-氨基苯基)马来酰亚胺(APMI)、三嗪(TMIPT)等最终合成出一种新型的3-(4-N-马来酰亚胺)苯基-2,4-二氢-1,3-苯并噁嗪(MIPB),并采用1H NMR、FT-IR、EA等方法对产物MIPB进行了检测,证实了所得产物为目标物MIPB,并对其溶解性和合成条件进行了探讨。所得MIPB为金黄色疏松状固体,产品收率47%。
The new MIPB was prepared from maleic anhydride, p-nitroaniline, paraformaldehyde and phenol by steps reactions. The N-( 4-aminophenyl ) maleimide, N-( 4-aminophenyl ) maleimide, TMIPT were the intermediate. The MIPB were confirmed by ^1H-NMR, FT-IR and EA. The results confirmed that the production was the target object MIPB. Its solubility and synthesized conditions were discussed. The MIPB was a loosened golden-yellow solid; the yield of product was 47%.
