摘要
利用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)及丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(AS)对经丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)高胶粉增韧的回收ABS进行改性。研究表明,PMMA及AS均可以提高共混物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及硬度,而冲击强度呈下降趋势,但除冲击强度及熔体质量流动速率外,添加PMMA的共混体系的力学性能等方面的指标优于添加AS的体系。
PMMA and AS were used to modify recycled ABS which was toughened by ABS high-rubber powder. It was shown that PMMA and AS can improve the tensile strength, bending strength, hardness of the blends. The mechanical properties of blends with PMMA were better than that of the blends with AS, however, the impact strength and flow performance were the opposite.
