添加耐候剂的LLDPE/LDPE地膜耐老化性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 对添加耐老化剂的LLDPE/LDPE地膜进行了地面覆盖曝晒实验,重点测试了地面覆盖曝晒前后地膜力学性能,分析其变化率,以考察添加耐老化剂的LLDPE/LDPE地膜的耐老化性能。结果表明:在基础树脂中添加适量耐老化剂能提高厚度0.005 mm LLDPE/LDPE地膜的耐老化性能,便于地膜使用后从田间清除;添加重钙母料,虽然能降低LLDPE/LDPE地膜生产成本,改善薄膜的加工性能,但对地膜初始力学性能及其耐老化性有影响,重钙母料在地膜生产中不宜多加,100份基础树脂中重钙母料添加量不宜超过5份。 The LLDPE/LDPE mulching plastic film with aging agent was tested by insolate experiment. The changing of mechanical properties before and after experiment was mainly investigated to discover the efficiency of anti-aging. The results showed that by adding anti-aging agent, the property of 0. 005 mm LLDPE/ LDPE film was improved and made it easy to clean the used film; Adding heavy calcium carbonate can reduce the cost of LLDPE/material production, improve the processability. But the initial mechanical properties and aging properties would be influenced. So the amount of heavy calcium carbonate should be less than 5 part in 100 part matrix resin.
