摘要
膜分离技术是一种高效分离技术,具有无相变、能耗低和操作方便等优点,已应用于酒类生产。对几种常见膜分离技术进行了介绍,并探讨了各种膜分离技术在白酒、啤酒、葡萄酒、黄酒生产中的应用。
Membrane separation technology is a highly-efficient technology and has the advantages such as no phase transition, low energy consumption, and simple operation etc. It has been used in wine production for years. In this paper, the most common membrane separation techniques were introduced and their application in the production of liquor, beer, grape wine and yellow wine was discussed.
