基于单粒法的甘蓝型油菜芥酸遗传分析 被引量:3

摘要 为给甘蓝型油菜芥酸的遗传育种提供参考,利用气相色谱仪测定甘蓝型油菜低芥酸品系Sc 94005与高芥酸品系D2组合的6个世代(P1,P2,F1,B1,B2,F2)单粒种子芥酸含量,并应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因的多世代联合分析方法对种子芥酸的遗传进行了分析。结果表明:E模型为Sc 94005×D2组合芥酸的最优遗传模型;第1对和第2对主基因的加性效应分别为-15.562 3和-7.467 5,第2对是第1对主基因加性效应的47.98%;第1对主基因显性效应绝对值较高,主基因效应中加性效应明显;2对主基因间互作效应明显,第1对主基因对芥酸的贡献略大于第2对主基因。此外,对基于单粒测试法与家系平均数法的芥酸遗传分析的优缺点也做了初步讨论。 Erucic acid content of single rapeseed was determined using gas chromatograph and inheritance of erucic acid was investigated by applying the plant quantitative trait multi-generation(P1 F1 P2 B1 B2 F2)joint analysis method of the major gene plus polygene model to provide reference for inheritance breeding of Brassica napus.The results showed that erucic acid inheritance in the cross of Sc94005×D2 was mainly controlled by E model.The first major gene's additive effect was-15.5623,while the second one was-7.4675,which was 47.98% of the first major gene's additive effect.Among the major gene effects,the additive effect was obvious;the dominant effect of the first major gene was a little higher.The epistatic effect was also obvious,the contribution in erucic acid inheritance of the first major gene was a little higher than the second one.In addition,the paper tentatively discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the inheritance analysis of erucic acid based on single-grain measurement method and mean value method.
