摘要
为探讨猴樟与油茶共生及成为马尾松的伴生树种的可能性,采用枯落物浸提液的方法研究了油茶叶浸提液对猴樟幼苗生长的化感影响。结果表明:不同浓度的油茶叶浸提液对猴樟幼苗地径生长均表现出不同程度的促进作用(RI>0)。其中,0.004 g/mL和0.000 1 g/mL对苗高生长的促进作用不明显,而0.002 g/mL和0.001 g/mL对苗高生长则具明显的促进作用;0.004 g/mL、0.002 g/mL、0.001 g/mL和0.000 1 g/mL处理对幼苗地上、地下部干重的化感影响均表现出抑制效应。其中,0.001 g/mL、0.000 1 g/mL对地上部和地下部干重的影响均与对照之间差异显著;各浓度浸提液对猴樟主根长度的影响,表现出高促低抑的趋势,但各处理差异不显著。综合油茶叶浸提液对猴樟幼苗生长的化感效应分析,一定程度上油茶能与猴樟共生,猴樟可作为马尾松的伴生树种。
Extraction of leaves litters of Camellia olsifea were applied to study its allelopathy on Cinnamomum bodinieri seedling to explore whether C.bodinieri had symbiosis with C.olsifea,and whether C.bodinieri could be accompanying tree species of Pinus massoniana.The results showed that different concentration of leaves litters of C.olsifea improved the growth of C.bodinieri seedling on certain levels(RI 0).Concentration of 0.000 1 g/mL and 0.004 g/mL had no effect while 0.001 g/mL and 0.002 g/mL improved the growth of C.bodinieri seedling.Concentration of 0.004 g/mL,0.002 g/mL,0.001 g/mL,and 0.0001 g/mL inhibited the dry weight of aboveground and underground of seedling.Among them,0.001 g/mL and 0.000 1 g/mL had significant difference with the control on dry weight of aboveground and underground.High concentration of leaves litters extract improved main root length of C.bodinieri but low concentration inhibited the length,there was no significant difference among them.Therefore,C.olsifea could has symbiosis with C.bodinier in certain level,and C.bodinieri could be used as accompanying tree species of P.massoniana based on the allelopathy study.
