在改革开放的伟大历史进程中,党的执政条件、执政环境和执政任务不断发生变化,这就迫切要求执政党在执政方式选择上主动求变,不断创新、变革与完善执政方式,从而实现传统执政方式的现代转换,以适应时代发展和社会变革的新要求,进而把党的执政方式推向科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的崭新的发展境界。

The continuous changes of conditions,environment and goals for the CPC＇s governance during the process of reform and opening-up urgently require the change in the CPC＇s governance ways,which generates the innovation in the governance method and the complement in the governing system so as to realize the transformation from the old governing way to a modern one for meeting the requirements of the social development and innovation,which can proceed the new situation to a scientific,democratic and legal way for the CPC＇s governance.
