大连经济开放度的评价(2000—2009)

Evaluation of the Opening Degree of Dalian:From the Year 2000 to 2009

在中国对外开放的格局中,大连作为辽宁和东北地区开放龙头的特殊地位而备受关注。特别是近十年,大连凭借自身的优势,在对外贸易和利用外资领域取得令人瞩目的成就。从贸易和投资的角度测算出2000年—2009年大连的经济开放度,将其与上海、广州、青岛和天津等沿海经济开放城市的经济开放度进行对比得出,由于大连拥有良好的区位优势、独具特色的城市产业集聚和享有多重优惠政策,而具有较高的经济开放度的结论,并对大连外向型经济的进一步发展提出对策建议。

In the pattern of China＇s opening,Dalian has attracted much concern in Liaoning province and Northeast China for its special position as leading the opening-up.In the recent ten years,by virtue of its advantages,Dalian has made impressive achievements in the area of foreign trade and foreign investment.From the aspect of international trade and international investment,using the statistical data from 2000-2009,this paper has calculated the opening degree of Dalian and compared it with those of the four costal cities,that is,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Qingdao and Tianjin.As a conclusion,Dalian has a comparatively high opening degree due to its good location advantage,distinct city industry cluster and multilateral favorable policy.And proposals and solutions are given to further develop the export-oriented economy of Dalian.
