摘要
采用先干燥再浸渍活化流程对有机污泥进行了改制含碳吸附剂工艺研究⒚试验结果表明,有机污泥在活化温度为500℃、活化剂浓度为42% 、活化时间为40m in、污泥与活化溶液重量比为1∶35 的条件下,可以改制成碘值为512m g/g 以上的含碳吸附剂;并利用其处理含电泳漆废水和含苯酚废水。
In this paper,A technics of dryness dipping chemical activation which was used for manufacturing absorbents from sewage sludge was discussed,and a harmless way for sludgedeposition was achieved It was showed that the optional activate temperature was 500℃,the feasible concentration of the activate reagent was 42%,the ideal activate time was 40min,and the ratio of sludge to activate solution was 1∶3 5,and then an absorbent whose iodine absorbility was 512mg/L was obtained And also the absorbent was used to treat an electrophoretic painting wastewate and a phenol wastewater,high removal efficiency was received in each condition
