正交法优化纳米SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy_(3+)制备工艺

Optimization of Preparation Technology of SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy_(3+) Nanoparticles by Orthogonal Design Method

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+纳米长余辉发光材料,利用正交设计法优化了制备工艺。在传统溶胶-凝胶法基础上,添加了硼酸,在950℃生成单一晶相,该法能使SrAl2O4生成温度降低150℃,生成的磷光体发光强度高、余辉时间长,平均晶粒尺寸为25~90 nm。 Long-lasting phosphorescence SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ nanoparticles were synthesized through Sol-Gel method,and the preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal design.The results show that when boric acid is added to them on the basis of traditional Sol-Gel method,the single phase phosphor SrAl2O4 is formed at 950 ℃,the method can lower formation temperature of SrAl2O4 by 150 ℃,the luminescence intensity of phosphors is higher and the afterglow is longer,the particles size is about 25~90 nm
