摘要
从流动机理模型理论和计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟等方面综述了油水旋流分离器的研究进展状况,应用计算流体力学软FLUENT得到模拟结论,建立模型时运用RSM湍流模型和基于欧拉法的MIXTUER两相流模型。数值模拟得到的结论对油水旋流分离器的设计具有指导意义,为进一步研究油水旋流分离性能提供了参考依据,并且通过对用于油水旋流分离分离器的性能进行分析,得出影响其性能的主要因素为效率、能耗、底流口的含油浓度、溢流口含水率、分割粒径与流量调节比。结果表明,该方法准确可行,大大方便了旋流分离器的评价和选型。
Research progress of the oil-water cyclone separator was reviewed from the aspects of flow mechanistic modeling theory and simulation of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).CFD soft FLUENT was used to draw a simulate conclusion,the cyclone separator three-dimension turbulent flow-field simulation used the Reynold stress model RSM and the Euler MIXTURE tow-phase model.Conclusions of simulation could guide the design of cyclone separator and give out some references for studying cyclone separator.Then performance of the oil-water cyclone separator was analyzed.It was revealed that the main factors affecting the cyclone separation performance are efficiency,energy consumption,oil concentration at the outlet of bottom flow,water cut at overflow vent,cut size,adjustment ratio of flow rate,etc..It was shown that this method is of accuracy and feasibility,greatly facilitating type selection and evaluation of cyclone separation
