摘要
高校的生命线是教学质量,而教学资源优劣决定着教学质量。受教学资源稀缺性的影响,陕西省各高校教学资源获取竞争处于无序或非公正状态,并且各个高校教学部门之间减少了相互性,彼此激发和共同建构的力量正在减弱。而CEPA框架理念下的高校教学共同体构建将会减少高校教学资源内耗且扩大其共享的效应,实现高素质创新人才培养的目标。
The teaching quality is the lifeline of college,and the first-rate and cons of teaching resources determines the quality of teaching.By the scarcity of teaching resources,the competition of the teaching resources in Shaanxi Province are in the state of disorder or justice,and the various teaching departments reduces the reciprocity,the power of the mutual excitation and common construction is weakening.The construction of the university teaching community under the concept of CEPA framework will reduce internal friction of teaching resources and expand the effects of its share,and achieve the high quality and creative goals of talent training.
