摘要
对学生的思想教育的过程中,根据不同阶段大学生心理特征及产生这些心理现象的原因,将其划分为过渡迷茫期、快速成长期、刻意塑造期和定型提高期四个阶段。根据每个阶段学生成长的不同特点,应有目的地构建相应的教育体系。
In the process of ideological education of students,according to the psychological characteristics of students at different stages and the reasons of the production of these psychological phenomenon,the article divided the undergraduate stage into the four stages: the period of confused transition,the period of rapid growth,the period of sedulously shaping,and the period of stabilized improvement.According to the different characteristics of each development stage of students,the article thinks that we should build appropriate educational system on purpose.
