摘要
在高中美术特长生的培养策略研究中,可以从兴趣为首与自主学习、全面发展与突出特长相结合、文化熏陶与环境育人、科学管理与人文管理相结合、课堂教学创新与评价改革、微观行动与宏观调控六个策略来实施,直面美术教育中的应试弊端,探索中学美术特长生培养方法,使具有美术潜质的学生得到个性化的发展、最优化的发展。
In studying the strategies for the training of the senior high school students skilled in art,they carry out six strategies: the interest and self-study,the combination of comprehensive development and highlight the special skills,cultural influence and educating by the environment,the combination of scientific management and humane management,innovative classroom teaching and evaluation reform,micro action and macro control.They face the exam malpractice in art education and explore the training methods of the high school students skilled in art so that the students can have the personalized and optimized development.
