慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞百分比检测的临床意义探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨外周血单核细胞占全部白细胞的百分比(简称单核百分比)与慢性乙型肝炎炎症程度的关系。方法:检测炎症程度不同的慢性乙型肝炎普通型及慢性重型乙型肝炎患者单核百分比,并进行统计学分析。结果:①慢性乙型肝炎普通型97例及慢性重型乙型肝炎16例患者单核百分比[分别为(10.0±2.6)%和(11.6±2.5)%],较正常对照组[(7.0±1.6)%]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②慢性重型乙型肝炎组单核百分比[(11.6±2.5)%],较慢性乙型肝炎普通型组单核百分比[(10.0±2.6)%]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者单核百分比不仅高于正常,且可能与慢性乙型肝炎炎症程度有关。
