摘要
系统分析了中国沿海港口粉尘污染防治现状、发展趋势与技术能力，在探讨目前粉尘污染防治技术和港口粉尘防治优化方案的基础上，对其未来１０ 年相应的政策、法规、环保规划及其宏观控制目标进行了探讨，并针对性地提出了其防治对策与实施建议。
