云南大麦产业发展综合研究与利用

Utilization and synthesis research on industrial development of barley in Yunnan

基于云南大麦广泛的用途,文章就云南大麦生产在烟草业、啤酒业、饲料业和功能食品业四大产业中的作用和关系作了综合阐述,并就如何协调发展这四大产业来推动云南大麦产业的研究与开发利用作了论述,给出了一些重要研究成果、进展和经验。由此,提出云南大麦产业持续稳定发展的思路和对策。

This paper summarized the rapid development of barley based on four industries,i.e.the production of barley and tobacco industries,malt barley and beer malt industries,feed barley and animal husbandry,medicinal edible barley and functional foods in Yunnan.We not only acquired a series of progress and successful experiences,but also put forward to some methods and countermeasures of sustaining and steady development of barley industry,and these will facilitate the development of Chinese barley industry.
