膝痛宁穴位贴敷配合关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

Treatment Efficacy of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis by XiTongNing Point Sticking Combined Sodium Hyaluronate Intra-articular Injection

目的:观察膝痛宁穴位贴敷配合关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将60例膝关节骨性关节炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组以膝痛宁穴位贴敷配合关节内注射玻璃酸钠为治疗方法,对照组以常规电体针法治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,治愈率36.7%;对照组总有效率为73.3%,治愈率23.3,%治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:膝痛宁穴位贴敷配合关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe efficacy of knee joint osteoarthritis by XiTongNing point sticking combined sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection.Methods：60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated by XiTongNing point sticking combined sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,and control group with conventional electricity body acupuncture treatment.Results： The total effective rate was 86.7% and cure rate was 36.7% in treatment group;the total effective rate was 73.3% and cure rate was 23.3% in control group,the treatment group significantly better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The efficacy of knee joint osteoarthritis by XiTongNing point sticking combined sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection was significant.
