This article discussed the problems of vaccine immunol system and proposed related suggestions,through the discussing of the nature of work,the level of quality,service concept and other aspects of vaccine immunol system in outpatient,in order to improve the service levels of vaccine immunol work and to guide the work of vaccine immunol work in outpatient.
