摘要
通过对拉伸断口微观形貌观察,研究了去氢处理工艺对高强度厚壁ZG10MnNiCu铸钢性能的影响。试验结果表明:氢是造成厚壁铸钢塑性较差的原因,低温去氢处理不能有效去除铸钢内部的氢,必须采用高温去氢处理工艺。
The influence of dehydrogenation process on the performance of high strength thick-wall ZG10MnNiCu cast steel is investigated through tension fracture observation.The test results indicate that the plasticity is worse on ZG10MnNiCu for hydrogen brittleness.Dehydrogenation process at low temperature is ineffective and high temperature dehydrogenation can relief hydrogen in cast steel.
